Recently I joined a new client and my current employer filed an amendment of H1. I got very good fulltime offer recently and would like to join them. Can I transfer my H1 to new employer while my current an amendment is in progress ? Please advise Link to comment

Are there any chances of RFE coming into play later when I go for an H1B extension as I'm moving to another company while an amendment is in progress ? Link to comment
