rajsieb Posted August 8, 2012 Report Share Posted August 8, 2012 Filed 485 through company A and got the EAD. Filed AC 21 and left company A and started working for company B. Continued working on EAD for 2 years. Dependant left US with out parole. So got H1 from company B for 3 years and brought them back to US on dependant visa. Now my EAD & AP is up for renewal. If I don't renew it will it affect my pending 485 application? If I have it renew it should I just renew mine? Should I also renew my dependant's EAD and AP which is up for renewal as well? I have my valid GC/EAD (EB3) which priority date is 2005. I am using my EAD and working as AOS. I want to file H1 again for safer side and want to use H1 only. Is it possible for me to get H1 and work on that? I am in US from last 10 years. I will appreciate your suggestion and advice. Can I get H1 this year if I file with premium process?
