snehadulur Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 I am currently working full time with my company in Fullerton CA and have been here for the last 3 years, we have recently applied for h1 extension. My husband has had to relocate to Herndon Virginia and my company has agreed for me to work from home. I will have to come to Ca once a month and we will have daily weekly meetings to track progress. Will I have to apply for a new LCA and an amendment or just a new LCA once I get my H1.Is it an issue applying for remote work from home? My duties,responsibilities and title remain the same.How can I make this work? Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted August 8, 2012 Report Share Posted August 8, 2012 A good Lawyer and an amended H1 petition should let you make this work. Pay for the Lawyer if you must and let him liaise with the company unless the company Lawyer will handle it. Link to comment
