h1-b vs ead

Hello,

I was on h4 till nov 2011 and got a job in nov 2011 and a h1-b visa. Last month in july 2012 I got my ead and AP from my husband's GC process.

My h1-b is not stamped yet and it expires this nov. I would have to go to India in the month of october this year. Iam fine with moving to ead when my h1-b expires.

However, I have some questions.

1. What happens if I get my gc qhen Iam in India?

2. What happens to my status if, in a worst case my gc gets denied?

1. You come back on AP and let the POE Officer know what happened.

2. Unless fraud is involved this is not possible. In that case both of you will need to leave.
