H1B - I797B and Visa expiry

hi Im on H1B and my visa in passport expires on sep 30 2012 and i-797B approval notice expires on sep 4th 2012 and my LCA expires in 2014.

can i travel abroad and enter USA on August 28th 2012 .

Is there any minimum time period of I -797B expiry before which i should enter USA. I have a peculiar situation as my I 797B expires on Sep 4th 2012 and My visa stamp expires on sep 30th 2012. I want to travel and come back on Aug 28th which will be one week before I 797B expires and one month before Visa stamp expires on my passport. Could you please suggest if there would be any issue at port of entry because of expiry dates .

Your post makes little sense. Your H1 petition and LCA should align. In any case they will only give you an I94 till Passport expiry. Hence renew your passport stat.
