I have 140 approval notice from employer A. however I have quit employer A and hence employer A has filed for withdrawal.

Now my current employer B wants to file for my H1 b extension. Please let me know if I can get 3 years extension based on the 140 approved notice but withdrwan by employer A. Employer B has just now started green card.
