jayvini
Hi, I recently got approval for L1A, so I would be applying going to the consulate for the L1 Visa stamping and L2 visa stamping for my wife/spouse. The question I have is that my wife has been denied 6 times B2 visa for unknown reasons, is it possible that inspite of the approval for L1A I and my wife could be denied L1A and L2 just because of her previous B2 visa denials? Please help. Thank you Link to comment
