legal22
Hello, I would be glad if you can throw some light on some of my concerns. Current Working Status - H-1B EAD Approved and completing 180 days in a week's time I am working with Client A through my Company ABC. Client A is offering full time but might not consider EAD. Got a very good contract offer from Client B through a different company. Don't wanna go with Company ABC. Wanna use EAD. Is this a right Choice? What happens if there's RFE on I-485? Should I always have an employer? I know the EAD renewal process but are there any renewal issues? or Should I File an AC21 Portability letter with USCIS?(I guess, I need to have a letter from new employer have consitent job responsibilities) Please Advice Link to comment
pontevecchio
You might like to have your Lawyer speak to A. They have no responsibility in the matter except giving you a job letter and contract. AC21 etc. is something you and your Lawyer will handle. Since they only have to give you a job offer and since your EAD is work authorization try and join them after 180 days. Link to comment
