coltocle
I worked for employer A and got my I-140 approved with a priority date in Oct, 2010. I switched to employer B in 2011 but I wish to continue to work part-time for employer A which is about 12-24 hours a MONTH, and would like to get my green card processed with employer A itself. Is it ok to get green card processed at a part-time job when I have another full-time job ? Please advise. Thanks. Link to comment
JoeF
The GC job has to be a full-time job. You can work part-time for the employer while the GC is pending, but once it is approved you absolutely have to start working for the GC sponsor full-time. Link to comment

Attorney_22
Prior to green card approval it is acceptable to work for your PERM green card sponsor on a part-time basis. However, once the green card is approved you will need to work in the full-time position described on your ETA 9089 Labor Certification (with some exceptions). To discuss this in more detail it is advisable to speak to a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Link to comment

pontevecchio
You will need an approved H1 for the fulltime and the approved H1 petition for the part time. PLEASE talk to a Lawyer. Link to comment
