H1 Tansfer is pending,Can H4 travel to US on old H4 VISA?

Hi All,

Recently I shifted to Comp A to Comp B and my H1 transfer is still pending and already joined in Comp B based on my Receipt from USCIS.My Wife has H4 VISA when I was working for Comp A.Iam not sure whether the Comp A revoked my H1.H4 VISA is valid upto this Sept,2012 only.

1) Can my wife travel on H4 VISA (got this VISA when Iam in Comp A)while my h1 transfer is pending

(right now is mt H1 transfer is in RFE response review status) ?

Here Iam not sure whether Comp A revoked my old h1 or not

2) If she can travel to US,at immigration check in US, do we need to show any proofs that my H1 transfer is pending ? or we need to show only the old Comp A H1 docs?

Please advice frens !!!

Convert to PP. She will need to show your approved H1 petition.

Yes its already under PP and by gods grace yesterday it was approved(on 7th day of receiving the response to RFE).

I still have doubt about my question.

1) If its not premium and wife has H4 VISA with my older employer Comp A(not sure a about A rolled back my h1 or not)

can she travel with my receipt as she had already VISA valid till sept 2012.

H4 visas and status are based on your valid H1 status with any employer and are not connected to a specific employer.. She can use the existing visa if she wants or get a new one.
