H1 Stamping while Spouse Stay in USA

Hello Friends,

Can you please suggest in this situation:-

I am on H1b visa, and my husband is on H4 visa, but mistake we filled two DS 160 forms and got two different appointments. i have appointment in aug in vacouver and his appointment is in october.

Can i go alone for stamping, or is there any issue why my dependent is in usa while i am out of country. i am FT, plz help

initially i got 1 year extension before, so he came on h4 with one year visa. now it is second extension til 2015, it will be first time i am going for stamping. his I94 exprire in march 2015.
