I have got an offer from another company now. If i request for Premium processing I can get my H1B transferred to the new company correct? Just want to make sure. Since I have already an approved petiton I wont be coming under the cap correct? Please let me know Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 Nothing called a transfer technically. Once cap counted every new H1 sponsor files a H1 petition for you and gets it approved. Link to comment
