pateljbp01 Posted July 31, 2012 Report Share Posted July 31, 2012 Hi My H1B was approved by USCIS in Sep-2011 for 3 years under Advanced degree cap. I was working through placement agency. I cam to India and appeared for visa STAMPING in Jan-2012. My visa was refused and sent back to USCIS. Now my employer withdrawn petition in Jul-2012. Question : Can I transfer this H1B file to another employer? If yes, can I file under cap-exempt? Link to comment
