But he is going to send the application directly to USCIS, and not through attorney (Application being filled and sent by employer without consulting attorney). Please let me know will there be any issues from USCIS with this approach. We are sending all the documents - client letter, mid vendor letter etc. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
