Attorney_10
Generally, the H1B visa permits a foreign national to work for a specific employer in the United States only. Generally, when an H1B employee is abroad, s/he is not subject to US immigration laws. Thus, if one intends to work in a foreign country s/he will need to consult with an immigration attorney in that country to determine what requirements are needed to obtain a work permit/visa in that particular company.
