jjjag Posted July 27, 2012 Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 If the time spent on L1B is counted along with time spent on H1B for the 6 year time limit condition, does the same H1B is eligible for cap exempt after one year break for the remainder period?. I believe Cap Subjected H1B is eligible for 6 years and need not to go through cap count for 6 years. Link to comment
