Tust326
Hi all My current employer refused to sponser for GC and I have just over a year of my h1b visa left (of my 6 year term). Following are my questions 1. The time that I went to India on vacations, can that time period be extended? 2. If I change my job, and the new employer does not want to sponser GC upto a year, by that time my h1b will be over, can i extend my h1b (without filing for gc)? I appreciate for your time.
