want to withdraw my TRV for Canada !!! Please Help !!!

Hi ,

I want to withdraw my application for canada TRV . Since it is taking too long time. Also my passport is stuck over there with consulate. Below is the message where i got it from seattle consulate.

If you wish to withdraw your application you will need to fax a signed withdrawal letter with your full name and date of birth to our fax number below. We will then be able to return your passport and documents.

Please help me what I need to fill in that withdraw letter.

Hey Manoj,

how long its been?.., Newyork is littlebit slower thesedays due to close of Washington Consulate.., In my case it took 41 days and for my other 2 friends it took 34days and 38 days. My Sincere Suggestion is you still wait for another 2weeks if its close to 30days. If it is urgent for you to fly, then you can withdraw the case.

Just reference your application and ask for your Passport back and that you are not interested in pursing this application.
