Navya1
Hi Forum Members , I have a question regarding DS160 'Has your visa been cancelled or revoked'. I initially had H4 never travelled to US but in 2008 when L1 was issued it was 'cancelled without prejudice' . Now I am going for my H1 stamping so I mentioned the reason why my visa was cancelled .Will it impact my H1 stamping in anyway as I have always maintained my work status on L1 and on H1 as well . Appreciate your inputs Link to comment
sunnyaskin
Negligible impact. Even if you do not mention they have everything in records. So better be truthful. DS 160 guide :http://www.*********.html -S Link to comment
