vickwiz
I am about to initiate my GC process and looks like it will have to be under EB3 category. One of my friend who recently got his GC also had a similar case where in his wife was born in Kenya and he got the GC in an year or so. Is my understanding correct and if so then what do I have to do to ensure that my wife's birth country takes effect? Thanks! Link to comment
pontevecchio
That would also be a 6 year wait. GOOGLE visa bulletin and look for yourself. Your understanding is correct. Link to comment
JoeF
This is called cross-chargeability. Your wife's country of birth can be used, so that you both would fall in the ROW PD. Tell your lawyer about it. The lawyer knows how to indicate cross-chargeability. Link to comment
