arcad
I have used up my 6 years on H1b. My greencard I-140 was denied because of employers inability to pay. I am planning to go back to home country to reset my H1b visa for 365 days. If I try to get an H1b visa 1 year later, does anyone know whether the history of I-140 denial could be used to deny my H1b visa? Thanks for the input! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Unless you are personally complicit in fraud, it will not affect your H1. Link to comment
