H1B - OPT Extension ----------------> I94 issues

I have my OPT Extension till Feb 2013 & got H1B approved with start date OCT 2nd 2012. I am planning to visit india for 2 weeks till Aug 15th. Do I have any issues with I94 in future as while I leave US my I94 will be different(which is on H1 document as well ) & when I come back it will be a new one. Do I have any issues with this change of I94 when I reenter US ... please suggest me if I can travel to india.. thanks in advance.

You can visit. They will put the same # on your new I94.
