Change of address while going for H1b stamping

My H1b extension got approved with consular processing, going for H1b stamping and taking a 3 month vacation while I'm at it.

I'm moving out from my apartment, since I don't want to pay rent while I'm not in the States, my mail is forwarded to my PO BOX, which my friend will be checking for me.

Question: Do I have to notify USCIS about my address change? What address to I give them?

You only need to notify them of address changes in the USA.
