IMP: H1B Transfer to another employer from extension period

My company filed PERM in 2011 under Eb2 category and my 140 got approved. I got extension for 3 years.

Can I do H1B transfer to new company now? if I transfer and my current company revokes the approved I-140 will my H1 transfer be still valid?

If my current company did not revoke the approved I-140, can I get further extensions of H1B with my new employer based on the current approved I-140.

Attorneys, please answer and it is urgent.
