H1B Transfer issue help needed

Hi ,

I am currently on H1B my project ended last month ie. Jun 1st week . After immediately I had accident and underwent a surgery. and took rest for about 40 days. Now I getting back to work from Monday. My question id Does it matter if no pay stub is generated in between what would be my status with my employer.

Also, I got a situtation That I got a Full time position and looking to transfer ,

How does it work if dont have paycheck for month?

Can the paycheck is replaced by Detailed doctors report with all explaination or Need to run a payroll?

Since you have not been paid how in Hades would you "run a payroll"? What happened to medical leave? In any case you could always come back on the H1 visa to join C.

I havenot been paid over that period ... But still gave doctors letter for the the leave. Dont it works or not but I started working back from last week in between I dont have about 45 days worth of pay .. Is this a big issue .. when i asked my employer he said you are anyway over LCA amount so you dont have to worry about it ...
