Change of employer during I-140 Process

Hi there,

My current employer "A" recently filed my I 140 in Jan, 2011 and this is under EB2. I have my 6 yrs H1 getting expired by Sep, 2012. I got a fulltime offer from my Client "B" and I am confused if I can take the offer. If I mention to my current employer that I will change to the other company, I am sure he will revoke the process.

Can you please answer my concerns

If I take the offer with my client my I-140 is approved with company "A", I understand the GC process has to be started from the scratch, but can I maintain the same priority date of my employer "A", even if my company "A" revoke my application.
