tyuiop
Hi, I was born in Germany and spent first four months of my life there because my dad was a visiting academician from India at the time of my birth. But after that we returned to India and never gone back to Germany again. I am an Indian national like my parents are. Now I am in the USA on H1B visa and my employer has kind of agreed to sponsor for a GC. My question is, a friend of mine told me that although I am an Indian national and hold Indian passport, I will not be affected by retrogression because my birth certificate shows my place of birth as Germany! Is that true? Thanks in advance Link to comment
pontevecchio
priority DATES ARE BASED ON YOUR COUNTRY OF BIRTH. I would urge you to GOOGLE "visa bulletin" TO GET A CURRENT ESTIMATE OF WAITING TIME. Link to comment
