I'm H-1B Holder, and my wife is US Citizen. My H-1B expires in 2014 November. We got married in February 2012 in United States. Please let me know the process of filing Marriage Based Green Card All the forms, and sequence of forms needed to file. Please let me know i'm not clear at any point. Now just came across 1 situation My wife just left her job and moved with me. As she's US Citizen, does she has to have job for her to sponsor me? I'm on H-1B and earning pretty good but seems like she has to have job. This is asked in I-864 Form. Please reply AS soon As possible Link to comment

I'm working as IT professional and Got my H1b after 17 months OPT Extension. Also, Which USCIS office answer should be - the office city address which came into H-1B Receipt after I filed. pontevecchio Posted August 3, 2012 Report Share Posted August 3, 2012 You are applying as an AOS applicant. Do yourself a favor and have a Lawyers Office do the submission. You can certainly afford the money and peace of mind and a speedy resolution are both priceless. Link to comment

Again thank you for your advise. Question : As my wife moved after marriage, she left her job. Now in Form I-864, what are the answers on Part 6? I wrote Unemployed since (may 2012) but when they ask Annual Income, of Sponsor and others, how should I go further? Please help me ASAP Link to comment
