Do all EB2-IC require Interview

My question to all Forum Friends.

I am current in June 2011.Do I need to ask for an interview with the Immigration now? Some are asking me to schedule an early appointment with the INS and get the date quickly to avoid the delay. Please reply.

Interview??? Why??? Most (as in over 90%) EB cases are approved with no interview.

Most will not. It would be extremely unlikely to have an Interview. You have the wrong idea. If you have an Interview at the local Office they will stamp a GC in your passport if they call you after the dates are current.
