laxrao69 Posted July 8, 2012 Report Share Posted July 8, 2012 I married a H1 person legally in USA by coming to the USA on a B-1/B-2 tourist visa and have the valid marriage certificate. I want to try for a H4 visa in UK embassy (as I currenty reside in UK on work visa) now. Do you see any problems that I may face in the interview? What are the list of documents to carry to the visa interview?? Please help. Link to comment
