arendu Posted July 6, 2012 Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 Hi there, Here is a case. I and my wife came on H1 in 2007. And we both got our extension from 2010 to 2013. In And she continued to work till 2011 (Her 2nd H1 extension is valid till 2013) and moved to H4 visa status. (My H1 valid till 2013) Q 1: 2012 H1B quote is full; can she pick the same H1, which is valid till 2010-2013? Q 2: Or should we wait till next year for new quote? Q 3: Is there any other option for her to start working? Thanks, AR Link to comment

arendu Posted July 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 Her First H1B was from 2007-2010 and she was working during that time, her 2nd H1B was from 2010-2013. But she quit job on Jan 2011 and moved to H4 since. Link to comment
