Unfortunately I have to visit India after changing the employer. Now the question is, Do I need to go for Visa stamping again when I visit India and my current H1B visa is valid till Jan'2015 ?? SameerH1Bworker Posted July 6, 2012 Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 NO. You do not need visa stamping again if your visa stamp on passport is valid when you're returning to US. Just show your latest new company's I-797 & I-94 will be based on that latest I-797. Link to comment
