kmk1977 Posted June 30, 2012 Report Share Posted June 30, 2012 Hi Murthy Attorney, PD: 02/2010 RD: 04/2012 RFE: 05/2012 RFE Review: 05/2012 I got EAD then I got RFE and replied, now it is in RFE Review. I am planning to travel to India and planning to come back on EAD. Is there any difference between travelling to India and coming back on EAD, before RFE and after RFE. In the port of entry will that make any difference because i got RFE Review. Are they going Screening me more??? Thanks Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted July 7, 2012 Report Share Posted July 7, 2012 You need to get your Lawyer involved or get one if you do not have a Lawyer. You do not say whether the RFE refers to your AOS or the EAD. Moreover EAD has no meaning in terms of coming back, You will need a valid AP to come back. Link to comment
