vadivelu Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 Hi I have got H1B which starts from october 2012. MY current student I-20 is till september 2nd. I am planning to extend my I-20 for 6 more months on september ( as I need to stay legal for month of september). I am worried whether this will supersede my H1B. Kindly suggest. I have completed OPT in feb 2011 and then joined another school and then took I-20 with CPT from march which completes by end of august . I am currently working . I have to work for september too. Due to some reasons I was not able to get H1 in 2011. Link to comment
