Can B2 application be withdrawn before adjudication?

Im planning to transfer my L1B to a potential H1 employer soon. However to fill in this unknown period of time between the L1 and H1, I've decided to file a COS to B2.

Assuming that I get an employer who will file an H1 on Premium processing (since they would want me to start work immediately) is it possible to withdraw the COS to B2 so that the H1 application gets adjudicated later than the B2.

You can try. If an employer files with PP you can leave and once approved come back on the visa.

You can try. The company Lawyer involved in PP has a better chance of making this happen.
