My OPT Extension is valid till Feb 26th,2013 , Is their anyway i can apply for H1B next Year, Suggest me please..

I would have expected you to be aware. In any case you have a grace period till April 26,2013 and if your sponsor applies before this date you qualify for cap gap with the proviso that you cannot work till October,1 if the petition is approved. That would mean that you should go all out to get a H1 sponsor for whom the visa stamping will not be a problem and hence you can take a few months off before the start.
