I have applied for extension this month in premium and probably will get an approval soon. I have to travel to India in Aug for couple of weeks but I don't want to go for Visa stamping. I understand that I can re-enter US even though the visa is expiring in a month but my question is what date would be mentioned on the I-94 while re-entering. The current expring H1-B/Visa date or the new approved extended date? Greatly appreciate any input. Thanks, Vijay Link to comment
