rkmit Posted June 28, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 Yes, I have worked in USA for about 3 months in H1-B at 2009 and then I came back to India and right now I am in Canada under work permit W-1. Please let me know if you need more details. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted June 28, 2012 Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 The first step is to find a H1 sponsor who will file a H1 petition for you. Since you have already been cap counted you can start work on approval and then coming in on a H1 visa. Link to comment
