Change job after Green card approval

I got my I-485 approved last week. It was processed in EB1 category and i got it in 3 months time. Can i switch company now? I saw few threads in internet that i cannot/shouldnot change employer before 180 days. How is it going to affect?

Does this make any difference for EB2(ROW) ?

For example:

- AoS filed end of March,

- approved beginning of June,

- job change end of July.
