Entering US after 2 Year

I moved out of USA in 2010 and re-entering now with L2 Visa.

During my stay in US in dependent VISA , I got H1B VISA and I didn’t work and employer said unless I join the company H1 is not effective.

Now I am entering in L2 VISA and have a job, so I am going to get EAD.

But I came across a situation for my friend that spouse had same situation and they got RFE while filing I-485. But they stayed throughout their Green Card Process.

Will my previous H1B which I did not work affect my EAD process?

Will the same situation affect my spouse Green Card Process?

Will the H1B OOS during my previous stay will affect me when my spouse includes me in the Green Card process ? during I-485 stage.

Can some one help me here, as I am planning to move back to US, if I can not get GC after 5 years I would better stay back.

You mean "when you file your AOS". Since you left and came back it should not affect your AOS. If asked you have to be truthful.
