Got new I94 but working with old employer

Hi,

I recently did H1b transfer and it got approved on 1st-jun-2012.

Also i got new I94 starting from 1st-jun-2012 for this new employer.

Since 2 weeks of notice period with my old employer i need to serve till 16th of june-2012 and my old I94 for this old employer is valid till 2013.

Also i decided to join the new employer on 26th-jun-2012.

Can you please let me know working with the old employer for 2.5 weeks with the new I94 will create a problem? Appreciate your help on this.

You are allowed 60 days to report to the new employer.
