So new employer is asking for sallary silps but i dont get any salary in USA. I get only per diems so my question is does it will create any problmes while application or stamping. also like to know what additional things i need to do in this scenario? wating for the reply. pontevecchio Posted February 19, 2014 Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 Don't you read responses if you have multiple threads with the same question? On L1 you are not the same as H1. A living allowance plus salary paid anywhere is what is required subject to taxation issues. Link to comment
