nofas
I work as an employee at a consulting firm (EC model) . My first project with them was in California and an LCA was obtained for the same. I moved on to a second project which is in Minnesota. My company is based in Indianapolis. When I ask my employer to provide an LCA , he says that the area falls under the same Metropolitan Statistical Area. I am not sure if I buy that. Am I already late in applying for an LCA? It has been 3 weeks since I started at the new location. Also, is it safe to assume that my employer is correct and proceed to get my visa stamped in Canada? Any advice is greatly appreciated. pontevecchio
Please talk to a Lawyer and seriously consider getting a better class of employer as his statement is not true. By any chance any DCC involved? Link to comment
