working on H1B from 3 months, need visa stamping.

Hi all,

I came to US in sept,2010 and working on L1 till Dec 2011. I got my H1B done and working on that from Jan, 2012. Its just 4 months, thru a small vendor to a big client. And need to go to india so I want to know whether I can get my visa stamp in canada before going to india. Or I have to get stamping done in India. My native is Hyderabad.

Please guide me which is a better step..

Talk to a Lawyer and make sure your documentation is adequate and get your visa in Hyderabad.
