kps1534
My H1-B visa expires on 31st September this year. If I want to travel outside US, how much buffer time (in days/months) should I keep to avoid going back to India and getting my Visa stamped. I have heard that they (immigration officers) can stop anyone from reentering if there are very few days left on the Visa, but not sure what these few days (or even months) mean. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You can enter even a few hours before your visa expires. Link to comment
