pontevecchio
Get a new appointment for the H1 visa. Make sure to discuss the matter with your employer to cover your bases vis a vis documentation. This is assuming the job is still available. Link to comment
krisc2499
Consuate will not know unless you email them saying that your H1b is reaffirmed. You should send an email to consulate saying that your H1b is reaffirmed or revoked and say to them that you want to attend the interview again. Then consulate will ask you to attend interview on some day. Before going to consualte you should have client letter and other required docs in hand. This is the process as far as i know. I exactly have no idea on waht docs you have to take. Link to comment

krisc2499
Ya for sure you have to get new LCA. But i am not sure about H1b Amendment. Very few are asking about Amendment. Link to comment
