Filling I-140 for self petition EB-2 NIW

Hello,

I  would like to ask a couple of questions about the I-140 form for a green card EB-2 NIW application (self-petition):

- do I need to fill part 6 with information on the current job I have?

- I live in US and I will apply for adjustment of status. Do I put the same address in part 4.1 (last permanent residence abroad) and part 4.2 (person's foreign address)?

- can I use Research Scientist for both occupation (Part 5.3) and job title (Part 6.1)

Run the application by a Lawyers Office and ask them to make sure you have filled the forms correctly. That will cost less than having them do the whole thing.

I had difficulties getting a lawyer to only review the application. I hope the forum has many experienced members that know the answers.

Get a lawyer. Otherwise, you set yourself up for a denial of the I-140.

The moeny for the lawyer is well spent. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
