I was derivative on my spouse & spouse was derivative on my app. 2. No direct RFE on my app, Spouse got RFE & we had to choose b/w spouse's EB3 with earlier PD and my EB2. We choose to keep both. 3. Changed jobs on EAD and did not apply for AC21 4. I140 was approved but online status remains as initial review 5. Used AP to travel & H1 to work multiple times Question: What do we do on my spouse's 485? do we have to call in and cancel or let the system take care of it? PD 05/23/2006 EB2 India NSC I140 10/2006 (Approved) I485 08/2008 FP 09/2008 LUD 03/2009 PD Current 05/01/2011 CPO 05/03/2011 LUD 05/04/2011 PDA 05/05/2011 WN & Card 05/07/2011 The WN & Card came in two separate mails.
