Applying for H1B; worked in US before on previous H1B; lost previous i-94's

I worked in the USA on an H1B visa from 2000 till 2004 then came back to India. A company is sponsoring my H1B visa again. I have my old passport with stamped h1b visa but do not have copies of my old i-94's.

Will my h1b visa application go through?

This is pretty urgent.

The old H1 is irrelevant.

Things have changed a bit, though, so if the new company is a consulting company, it may be hard to get an H1. H1 applications from consulting companies get a lot os scrutiny nowadays, due to abuse in the past.

You can get a new 6 year stint in total. The chances for approval are based on your credentials and the company credibility.
