Including spouse in EAD

Thanks in Advance for your time on my Issue.

Presently my husband is on EAD (applied status). He applied for EAD before marriage. How do I get included on his EAD.

What is your current status? You have to apply for your own EAD if you are awaiting AOS.

You don't. A spouse is never included on an EAD.

If his PD is current, you can file an I-485 as dependent. Together with the I-485, you can file an EAD.
